The project includes the construction of an approximately 36,700 squarefoot building, steel frame with metal stud walls, exterior metal panels,standing seam and flat roofs, storefront and windows, site work, associatedutility work, sediment and erosion control, and storm water management. Theproject will include emergency power generator backup for the facility;geothermal mechanical system, and LED lighting, and automated HVAC controls.
