This project is a new 12-floor high rise building and parking garage. The building includes private patios, balconies, elevators and concierge service for 196 condos and row homes. The MEP layout is HW fan coil unites, DX cooling, boilers with storage tanks, and heating water and domestic water, with combined serves for each unit.
