This project consisted of 82 miles of chilled and heating water radiant piping placed in a post-tension slab. The project is one of the few in the country which has a ceiling radiant system in a PT slab. The project also consists of an underfloor ventilation system with two pipe fan coils. The heating and cooling is served from a central plant and the building is part of a campus which is evaluating the possibility of becoming a future Net Zero Energy Campus. HPE developed a patent-pending radiant installation which helped optimize the overall project schedule.
